摘要
目的:优选复方制剂调经颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以加水倍数、煎煮次数、提取时间为因素,芍药苷含量、收膏率为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法检测芍药苷含量,以确定最佳提取工艺。结果:复方制剂调经颗粒的最佳提取工艺为:药材加10倍量水煎煮两次,每次1小时。结论:本研究所确定的调经颗粒的最佳提取工艺可为调经颗粒的生产和质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To optimize the optimum extraction process of Tiaojing granules.Methods: The optimum extraction process was determine by detecting the peaoniflorin content with HPLC, taking volume of water, times of decoction and extraction time as factors, peaonilforin content and yield as indexes.Results: The optimum extraction process was adding 10 times amount of water, extracting 2 times and every time with 1 hour.Conclusions: The optimum extraction process in this study can provide basis for production and quality control of Tiaojing granules.
