摘要 目的:优选定痛宁颗粒中川芎与细辛挥发油的提取和包合工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以挥发油提取量为指标,优选挥发油的提取工艺;以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率为指标,优选β-环糊精(β-CD)的包合工艺。结果:挥发油提取最佳工艺为:加8倍量水,浸泡1h,提gig6h;包合最佳工艺为:挥发油:采用饱和水溶液法,β-CD为1:8,在50℃包合1.5h,包合温度为。结论:优选的挥发油提取及包合工艺稳定可行。 Objective To optimize the extraction and inclusion condition of volatile oil from Chuanxiong and Xixin in Dingtongning granule. Methods By orthogonal design of L9 (34 ), the study were carried out with orthogonal experiment. With the volume of volatile oil as the target markers, the optimum conditions were determined for extraction of the volatile oil. With the recovery rate of inclu- sion and the volatile oil inclusion rate as the target marker the conditions for including the oil were optimized. Results The optimized extraction conditions were : the water was 8 times, the medical material should be extracted for 6h with soaking 1.5 h. The optimal inclusion conditions were : applying the saturated aqueous solution method, the oil and proportion of β - CD was8 : 1, temperature was 50℃ for inclusion, and the time wasl. 5 h. Conclusion: The optimum conditions for extra -ction and inclusion are steady and feasi- ble.
