摘要
提出五环式电池组的设计方法,采用水冷的方式对电动汽车镍氢电池进行冷却。用GAMBIT软件进行网格划分,FLUENT软件进行模拟,并进行相关实验验证。电池组工作温度控制在25~40℃最佳范围之内,电池表面温差在3℃之内,表明水冷有利于改善电池工作条件、延长电池使用寿命。
The design method of the five-ring type battery pack was put forward,the method of the electric vehicle Ni-MH battery was cooled by water-cooling. GAMBIT software was used to mesh,FLUENT software was used to simulated,and experiments were done to verify. The temperature of the battery pack was controlled within the optimum range,the temperature difference on the surface of the battery was controlled within 3 ℃,which indicated that the method of water-cooling could improve the working condition of the battery and prolong their service life.
