摘要
混合动力汽车用镍氢电池组对通风冷却的要求非常严格。根据混合动力汽车对动力电池的要求、镍氢电池的特点及所需通风散热的要求,经试验分析了充放电时电池箱中电池模块的温度分布情况,确定了电池箱的详细结构型式,同时考虑了绝缘和密封的措施。根据汽车的情况,介绍了电池箱的安放搭载状况。
The nickel-hydrogen battery pack for hyb rid electric vehicles has high requirements on ventilation and cooling.In the p aper,temperature distribution of the battery pack in the battery box during cha rging and discharging is experimentally analyzed in terms of requirements of HE V on traction battery,features of nickel-hydrogen battery and its requirements on ventilating and cooling,and then the detail structure type of battery box, as well as insulation and sealin-gare decided.Package of battery box in the ve hicle is introduced.
