摘要
对高压电机定子线棒防晕结构采用不同参数的防晕材料进行试验研究。结果表明:定子线棒在高压交流耐压试验时,线棒端部防晕层起晕电压及温升与防晕材料电阻率有很大关系;温升的高低对线棒主绝缘击穿水平有很大影响。经过大量试验给出了6.3~27kV高压电机定子线棒端部防晕结构采用的防晕材料参数最佳范围,确保电机定子线棒及绕组安全可靠。
Experimental studies were conducted to the adoption of anti-corona materials with different property parameters for the stator bar anti-corona structure of a high-voltage motor. Results show that in a high-voltage AC voltage withstand test, the corona inception voltage and temperature rise of the anti- corona layer at bar end are greatly related to the material resistivity; the temperature rise has great impacts on the major insulation breakdown level of the bar. Through a large amount of tests, an optimal parameter range is provided for choosing of the bar end materials working at high-voltages within 6.3-27 kV, so as to guarantee the security and reliability of the stator bar and motor windings.
