摘要
本文介绍了哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司700MW空冷水轮发电机绝缘系统、绝缘材料、防晕结构的研究以及该绝缘在大型空冷水轮发电机组中的应用情况。通过对定子导体绝缘结构、主绝缘结构、防晕结构的优化设计,使定子线棒绝缘性能、防电晕效果得到了较大的提高,尤其是定子线棒优异的电老化性能,保证了大型空冷水轮发电机定子绕组的运行寿命。
In this paper, 700MW air-cooled hydrogenerator insulation system, insulation materials, corona protection structure and its application in other large air-cooled hydrogenerator in HEC are introduced. By design optimization of structure of conductor insulation, main insulation and corona protection for stator, the insulation properties and corona protection effect were considerably improved, especially the electrical-aging property was excellent. All of them ensured the running life of large air-cooed hydrogenerator windings.
