摘要
发电机的发热和冷却问题一直困扰着其运行和发展,而水轮发电机的通风冷却技术是发电机设计中关键技术之一。针对我国空冷水轮发电机通风系统传统设计中存在的不足,开发了一种全新的计算程序和仿真模型对通风系统进行优化计算,经计算与实验表明,该算法精确、实用,并在三峡全空冷700 MW水轮发电机的设计中得到成功应用。
Problems concerning overheating and cooling of generator always trouble its operation and development, and for design of hydro-generators, the air-cooling technology plays an important role. Aiming at the deficiency in design of traditional air-cooling system for hydro-generators, an optimized calculation is performed based on a newly developed algorithm and simulation model. The algorithm is proved to be accurate and applicable by test results, which has been successfully applied to the design of a 700 MW fully air-cooled hydro-generator in the Three-gorge Area.
