摘要
本文主要研究LED恒流源驱动电路,对常见的恒流源驱动电路进行了比较分析,通过对比选择出较好的电路拓扑结构,然后进行电路设计、相关元器件参数的选择,及整体电路的调试工作,最后完成整个驱动电源,并对所遇见的问题进行分析解决。整体电路由冷机启动浪涌抑制电路、整流滤波及PFC校正电路、高频变压电路、输出整流滤波电路、滤波反馈电路及PWM控制电路构成。此外,这款电源增加了EMC设计并且是隔离的,因此具有更强的抗干扰能力,安全性也更高。电源设计的工作温度控制在了-40℃^+50℃之间,这也增加了电源的使用寿命。
With a focus on LED constant current source driver circuit, the paper carries on a comparative anal-ysis of common circuits of this kind. The paper chooses the best circuit topology after comparison, designs the cir-cuit, selects related component parameters, debugs the whole circuit, and finally completes the entire drive power supply. The paper also analyzes and resolves corresponding problems. The whole circuit consists of cold machine started and suppressed surge circuit, rectifier filter and PFC correction circuit, high frequency transformer circuit, output rectifier filter circuit, filter feedback circuit, and PWM control circuit. In addition, this power supply in-creases the EMC design which is isolated, and therefore, it has a stronger anti-jamming capability, as well as secu-rity. The designed power supply works between-40℃and+50℃, which also expends its service life.
