摘要
新时期昆明城市外交仍有着巨大的发展空间,可以从对接国家战略、提升国际化水平、突出民族文化特征、以南亚城市为重点、增设周边国家驻昆办事机构等方面来寻找昆明城市外交的突破口。
The diplomatic development of Kunming city in the new era still has a huge space,which can find diplomatic breakthrough from the butt of national strategies to enhance international level and highlight ethnic and cultural characteristics and from the focus on South Asian cities to add Kunming offices of neighboring countries.
