摘要
全球化对当代分裂主义的产生和发展形成了重要的影响。它不仅从国家认同、政府绩效、文化整合及主权分化等方面削弱了民族国家的能力,而且扩大了分裂主义的可能性和现实性,并使得分裂势力的动员能力和国际化水平有了较大程度的提高。如何应对全球化对反分裂斗争的冲击,是一项亟待研究的重要课题。
Globalization has had an important impact upon the emergence and development of contemporary secessionism.Not only does it undermine the capacity of nation-states in terms of national identity,regime performance,cultural integration,and sovereignty,but it also increases the possibility and feasibility of secessionism and strengthens to a large extent the mobilizational capability and internationalization of secessionist forces.It is thus imperative to study how to deal with the shocks of globalization in the struggle against secessionism.
