摘要
针对热再生混合料的疲劳性能研究方法单一以及相关研究结论并不一致等问题,基于三分点加载疲劳试验研究了100、150、200、250、300μξ共5个应变水平条件下30%、40%、50%、60%、80%共5种掺量条件下热再生混合料的抗疲劳性能,揭示了冷再生混合料的疲劳变化规律,同时建立了疲劳方程。研究结果表明:增大RAP掺量有利于提高低应变水平下热再生混合料的疲劳寿命,但在大应变水平下由于RAP带来的脆性性质会凸显出来从而增大了热再生混合料对应变水平变化的敏感性。
Aiming at,the fatigue properties of hot recycled mixture research method single and related research conclusions are not consistent,This article based on thirds point load test to study to studied the fatigue properties of hot recycled mixtures with 30%,40%,50%,60%,80% RAP content under100,150,200,250,300 μξ five strain level. Reveals the change rule of cold recycled mixture fatigue,at the same time established the fatigue equation. The results show that: Increase RAP content can improve the fatigue life of hot recycled mixtures under lower strain condition,but under the large strain level,due to the brittle nature of RAP brings it will be highlighted increase the sensitivity of fatigue life of hot recycled mixture.
