摘要 对新研制的温拌复合改性橡胶沥青基本性能与路用性能进行研究,首先介绍了新型温拌复合改性橡胶沥青的原材料与详细制备过程,选取橡胶沥青与温拌改性橡胶沥青(外掺3.0%Sasobit)作为对照试验组,重点分析三类沥青的温拌效果、高低温性能、水稳定性等四方面评价指标,通过分析对比试验数据,可以得出新型温拌复合改性橡胶沥青的温拌效果最优、低温抗裂性最优、抗水损坏性能最优、高温稳定性适中的结论,三类沥青中新型温拌复合改性橡胶沥青路用性能最优。 The basic performance and pavement performance of the newly-developed warm mix composite modified rubber asphalt are studied.Firstly,the raw materials and detailed preparation process of the new warm mix composite modified rubber asphalt are introduced.The rubber asphalt and warm mix modified rubber asphalt(3.0%Sasobit added)are selected as the contrast experimental group,and the evaluation indexes in four aspects like warm mixing effect,high and low temperature performance,and water stability of three types of asphalts are analyzed emphatically.Through the analysis and comparison of the test data,it can be concluded that the warm mixing effect,low temperature crack resistance,and water damage resistance of the new warm mix composite modified rubber asphalt are respectively the best,and the high temperature stability of it is medium.During three kinds of asphalts,the new warm mix composite modified rubber asphalt is the best.
