摘要
针对传统热再生过程中,再生沥青混合料新旧沥青融合效果不佳的问题,采用微波方式替代传统热辐射,研究微波作用下不同旧料(铣刨料)掺量的试件路用性能的改变。通过单轴贯入强度试验、理想开裂试验(IDEAL-CT)和四点弯曲疲劳试验,研究了再生沥青混合料的路用性能。研究结果表明:微波热再生沥青混合料相较于普通热再生沥青混合料,贯入强度提升了2.9%~13.1%,抗裂性能提升了9.6%~15.4%,疲劳寿命提升20%以上。
In view of the poor fusion effect of new and old asphalt in the recycled asphalt mixture during the traditional thermal regeneration process,the microwave heating method was used to replace traditional thermal radiation to study the variation law of the samples pavement performance of the recycled asphalt mixture under the action of microwave with different content of the old material (milling material). The pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture was evaluated by uniaxial penetration strength test,ideal-cracking test (IDEAL-CT) and four-point bending fatigue test. The experimental results show that compared with ordinary thermal regenerated asphalt mixture,the penetration strength of microwave thermal regenerated asphalt mixture is increased by 2.9% to 13.1%. The cracking resistance of the samples by microwave heating is increased by 9.6% ~ 15. 4%. The fatigue life of microwave thermal regeneration asphalt mixture is increased by more than20%.
