摘要
利用废弃机油残留物(recycled engine oil bottom,REOB)制备REOB改性乳化沥青,研究REOB改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料的空隙率及高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、疲劳寿命等路用性能,结果表明:REOB改性乳化沥青性能满足规范要求;与普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料相比,REOB与集料的质量比越高,试件空隙率越小,成型质量越好,冷再生混合料的低温、水稳定性能及疲劳性能越好,高温稳定性越差。
Recycled engine oil residue(REOB)is used to prepare REOB modified emulsion asphalt.The road performance of cold recycled mixture of REOB modified emulsion asphalt,such as void ratio,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue life,is studied.The results show that the performance of REOB modified emulsion asphalt meets the specification requirements.Compared with cold recycled mixture of ordinary emulsion asphalt,the higher the REOB mass fraction is,the smaller the void ratio is;the better the molding quality is,the better the low temperature,water stability and fatigue performance of cold recycled mixture is,and the worse the high temperature stability is.
