摘要
在社会资本理论的框架下,运用田野调查法、问卷调查法、个案分析法、多元回归统计等研究方法,在排球职业化的背景下,对国内具有不同流动意愿的职业排球运动员在其选择流动过程中所关注的因素进行案例分析。探讨了我国职业排球运动员流动意向及其行为产生的机制;揭示了我国职业排球运动员流动的内在规律;归纳出我国职业排球运动员的流动策略,即:成长策略、环境策略、吸引策略,以期帮助我国职业排球俱乐部获得持续发展的内源力。
under the framework of Social Capital Theory,this paper utilizes field investigation,the method of questionnaire,case study,multiple regression statistics and so on to case-study the factors that professional volleyball players who have different mobility desires care about during their choice of mobility. Under the background of domestic volleyball professionalization,desires of mobility and these behavioral generation mechanism of players are also discussed; revealing the inside principles of domestic volleyball players' mobility phenomenon; summarizing their mobility strategies which includes: developing strategies,environmental strategies and attracting strategies in order to provide sustainable development power from within of domestic professional volleyball clubs themselves.
