Based on social capital theory, using social network analysis(SNA)method, this article discusses the exchange relations in the field of exercise field in the interaction network of group structure, and explores the significance of the athletic skills as social capital participating in the exchange of resources. Moreover, this article discusses the impact of interaction types based on different sports events on exchange behavior and social structure within sports groups. The results showed that(a)In sports groups, individual sports skills are an important social capital as well as an important interactive resource within the group;(b)sports events affect the types of interactive resources within the group(collective projects:homogeneous resources interactive vs.individual projects:heterogeneous resources interactive),and then affect the interaction of social capital within the group, and ultimately affect the structure of sports groups;(c)sports events affect social capital interaction behavior, and ultimately influence the internal structure of sports groups:in individual events, when there are heterogeneous resources(multiple sub-events),a sub network within the group will be formed based on the principle of homogeneous interaction, ultimately promoting effective social integration of the group structure within the sports field.
