摘要
师德建设不仅涉及教师自身的发展与完善,也关系到高等教育改革的实现。高校内涵式发展是当下高等教育改革的重要方略,是以提高人才培养质量为目标,不断提升核心竞争力,通过教育体制改革,整合资源,催生动力,由内而外地推动高校不断发展。师德建设在保证高校顺利实现内涵式发展过程中具有重要意义。
The construction of the teacher＇s morality is related to not only the teacher＇s own development and perfection, but also the realization of the higher education reform. The connotative development is an important strategy of currently higher education reform, which aims at enhancing the talent training quality and improving the core competitiveness. It comprehensively improves the development of colleges and universities through reforming education system, integrating resources, inspire motivation. The construction of the teacher＇s morality is of great significance in the realization of connotative development in colleges and universities.
