摘要
目的：观察点阵Er：YAG激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：以点阵2 940nm Er：YAG激光对46例痤疮瘢痕患者进行治疗,共2~5次,每次间隔1个月。疗程结束后结合照片判定疗效。结果：治疗后总体平均有效率为91.3%,其中治疗2、3、4、5后总有效率分别为62.5%、84.6%、100%、100%。结论：点阵Er：YAG激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕安全有效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of fractional Er：YAG laser in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scar.Methods：46patients with atrophic acne sears were treated with 2 940 nm fractional Er：YAG laser per month.The efficacy was evaluated after the treatment according tophotos.Results：The total effective rate was 91.3%,the effective rates were 62.5%,84.6%,100%,100%,respectively after treatment by 2,3,4,5times.Conclusion：Fractional Er：YAG laser is safe and effective for treatment of facial atrophic acne scars.
