摘要
目的分析采用点阵式ErYAG激光治疗痤疮瘢痕及毛孔粗大的疗效评价,为后续临床使用奠定理论基础。方法统计选取本院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的痤疮瘢痕患者30例,毛孔粗大患者共计31例,分别使用点阵式ErYAG激光治疗,观察治疗效果、不良反应率以及患者满意度。结果两组治疗后评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);不良反应痤疮瘢痕组发生1例色素沉着,毛孔粗大组有1例刺激性红斑,均未发生感染或者瘢痕增生等恶性症状;两组满意度分别为96.67%、93.55%,两组满意度均较高,但组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论点阵式ErYAG激光治疗可以有效改善患者皮肤状态。
Objective To analysis the dot-matrix ErYAG laser treating acne scar and the curative effect evaluation of pore bulky for subsequent theoretical basis for clinical use.Methods statistics in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,30 patients with acne scar,a total of 31 patients with bulky pore,respectively using matrix ErYAG laser treatment,curative effect,adverse reaction rate and patients’satisfaction.Results Two groups after treatment scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);adverse reactions occurred in 1 case pigmentation,acne scar group pore bulky group 1 case of excitant erythema,neither malignant symptom such as infections or scar hyperplasia;Two groups of satisfaction were 96.67%,93.55%,two groups of satisfaction were higher,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dot-matrix ErYAG laser treatment can improve the patients’skin condition.
