摘要
目的对应用离子束瘢痕治疗仪治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕临床疗效的观察和安全性评价。方法自2019年5月至2020年12月,整形外科应用该方法治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕126例,观察记录患者皮肤反应及数码照相机记录术前皮肤情况和术后恢复过程。分别于术后1周、1个月和3个月进行临床疗效和皮肤反应评价。结果术后3个月有效率80.76%,皮肤出现红斑和肿胀,局部少量点状出血和渗出,术后平均红肿消退时间(3.2±1.8)d,术后平均脱痂时间(7.2±3.5)d;患者有强烈疼痛感和烧灼感,术后平均疼痛指数显示:术后即刻为6.96分,术后1h为5.15分,术后2h为4.31分,术后4h为3.11分。1例患者由于参加军训未能严格避光,术后皮损色素加深,未见瘢痕形成,其余患者满意。结论离子束瘢痕治疗仪是治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的一种疗效好,治疗过程安全的疗法,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate clinical effecacy and safety evaluation of a novel micro-plasma radio-frequency on treatment of atrophic acne scar.Methods The twenty-six cases with atrophic acne scar with on face were treated by this equipment in this study during May 2019 to December 2020 in our Department of plastic.Clinical response and photograph were record.After one weak,one month and three months,clinical efficacy and skin effect were evaluated and analyzed.Results The skin lesions efficiency was 80.76%after three months.The skin immediate presentation were erythema and swelling,local skin showed small petechial hemorrhages and exudates.The average erythema subsided time was 3.2±1.8 days.The average decrustation time was 7.2±3.5 days.The patients felt pain and burning sensation.The average pain score was6.96,5.15 after 1 hour,4.31 after 2 hour,3.11 after 4 hour.One case failed to avoid light due to military training,resulting in pigmentation but no scar formation.Conclusion The novel micro-plasma radio-frequency on treatment of atrophic acne scars is an effective and safe method and popularizing in clinical application.
