微等离子体射频技术联合曲安奈德超声波导入治疗增生性瘢痕的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨微等离子体射频技术联合曲安奈德超声波导入治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果.方法 选取20例增生性瘢痕患者,随机分为两组,实验组使用微等离子体射频技术治疗后,再使用超声波导入仪进行曲安奈德注射液的超声导入;对照组使用微等离子体射频技术治疗后,再使用超声波导入仪进行氯化钠注射液的超声导入,并对20例患者的临床资料进行分析.结果 两组患者均获得了较好的治疗效果,与对照组相比,实验组疗效更好,两组患者治疗后治疗区均未见皮损不平整或萎缩.结论 微等离子体射频技术联合曲安奈德超声波导入治疗增生性瘢痕疗效明显,且无明显的不良反应. Objective To discuss the clinical effects of microplasma radio frequency technology combi- ning with ultrasonic delivering of triamcinolone on curing hypertrophic scar. Methods Twenty patients with hypertrophic scar were divided into two groups randomly, the experimental group were treated by microplasma radio frequency first, and then were performed ultrasonic delivering of triamcinolone ; The control group were al- so treated by microplasma radio frequency and then were performed ultrasonic delivering of sodium chloride in- stead of triamcinolone. The data were then analyzed. Results All the twenty patients got nice treating effects. Compared to the control group, patients in experimental group got better effects. For two groups of patients, the treating areas were flat without atrophy. Conclusion Using microplasma radio frequency technology combining with ultrasonic delivering of triamcinolone to treat hypertrophic scar has excellent effects without any obvious ad- verse reaction.
