摘要
目的研究分析西帕依固龈液治疗单纯性牙龈炎的疗效。方法整群选取该院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的60例单纯性牙龈炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。给予对照组0.9%生理盐水漱口,观察组使用西帕依固龈液漱口,对比两组患者治疗前与治疗30 d、60 d、90 d后的菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的PLI、SBI、GI,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d、60 d、90 d后,观察组的PLI、SBI、GI均低于对照组;同时观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用西帕依固龈液治疗单纯性牙龈炎,可有效提高治疗总有效率,改善患者的牙龈炎情况。
Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of simple gingivitis. Meth-ods 60 patients with simple gingivitis admitted to our hospital from June 2013 and June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 in each one. Patients in the control group rinsed their mouth with 0.9% normal saline, while those in the observation group rinsed their mouth with xipayi mouth rinse. The PLI, SBI, GI of the patients be-fore treatment, 30, 60, 90d after treatment, and the curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistically significant difference can be found in PLI, SBI, GI between the two groups （P＆gt;0.05）;30, 60, 90 d after treatment, the PLI, SBI, GI were all lower in the observation group than in the control group; the total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group, higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of simple gingivitis can effectively improve the total effective rate and patients＇ gingivitis.
