摘要
目的：探究牙龈炎患者采用西帕依固龈液的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年5月～2014年7月收治的77例西帕依固龈液进行治疗，随机分组，实验组40例患者给予西帕依固龈液的治疗，对照组37例患者选择复方氯既定含漱液的治疗，观察治疗后患者龈钩的出血指数和牙龈指数情况。结果实验组治疗有效率为95.0%，对照组治疗有效率为81.08%。两组患者的治疗效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论牙龈炎患者采用西帕依固龈液的治疗，可使牙龈炎的症状得到良好改善，并起到相应的辅助作用。
Objective The clinical treatment methods and efficiency of Xipayi mouth rinse in gingivitis are to be investigated.Methods Choose 77 patients with gingivitis who are treated in hospital from May 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random. 40 patients in study group are given xipayi mouth rinse treatment,while,37 patients in control group are given compound chlorine gargle treatment,and then observe the patients’ bleeding condition and gingival index of the two groups after treatment.Results The treatment efficiency in study group is up to 95%, while the treatment efficiency in control group is up to 81.08%,there is a great efficiency difference between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Xipayi mouth rinse is effective to improve symptoms of gingivitis,and in addition,it plays a supportive role in treatment of gingivitis,which is suggested to be applied and promoted.
