摘要
目的:建立复方珍麻胶囊中天麻素的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为YMC-Pack Pro C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(2∶98)为流动相,检测波长为220 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温:20℃,进样量:25μl。结果:天麻素浓度在3.38~432.80μg·ml^(-1)的范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为97.14%,RSD为2.67%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方珍麻胶囊中天麻素的含量测定。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gastrodin in Fufang Zhenma capsules. Methods： A YMC-Paek Pro Cls （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitfile-water （2：98）. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- 1, the column temperatime was 20℃. the sample size was 25 μl. Results： Gastrodin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 3.38-432.80 μg · ml -1 （ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 97.14% （RSD =2.67% ） （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is feasible with good specificity and reproducibility, and can be used for the determination of gastrodin in Fufang Zhenma capsules.
