摘要
建立测定薄荷麝香草酚搽剂中苯酚、樟脑和麝香草酚含量的高效液相色谱法。采用Spherisorb C18色谱柱，以甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min，检测波长为286nm。苯酚、樟脑和麝香草酚分别在400．2～1600μg·ml、201．2-804．8μg·ml叫和400．6-1602μg·ml。范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率分别为100．4％（RSD；0．8％）、99．8％（RSD=-0．7％）和99．8％（RSD=0．7％）。用本法同时测定薄荷麝香草酚搽剂申三主药的含量，简便、快速、结果准确。
A HPLC method was established for determination of phenol, camphor and thymolum in Menthol and Thymol Liniment. Spherisorb C18 column was used with methanol - water （65 ： 35） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 and detection wavelength was 286nm. There was a good linear relationship when the content of phenol, camphor and thymolum was within the range of 400.2 1600μg · ml^-1 , 201.2-804. 8μg · ml^-1 , and 400.6-1602 μg · ml^-1 respectively. The average recovery rate was 100. 4% （RSD-0.8%）, 99.8% （RSD=0.7%） and 99.8% （RSD=0.7%） respectively. The method was simple, rapid, and accurate for determination of the three main ingredients in Menthol and Thymol Liniment.
