摘要
物联网工程是国家战略型新兴产业亟需的电子信息类专业,未来有着很大的需求,有着很强的工程实践特点,目前的物联网专业采用传统的人才培养机制与策略,不能很好地兼顾物联网专业多层次人才培养的需要。本文通过对基于人才需求驱动的物联网专业多层次人才培养模式的探索和研究,建立人才需求驱动的物联网专业人才培养模式,让专业中不同能力层次的学生都能收益,实现人尽其能,最终提升我校物联网专业学生的综合实力。
The project of Internet of Things is an electronic information major urgently needed by national strategic emerging industries, so it is greatly needed in the future. It has the characteristics of engineering practice, but the currently used traditional talent training mechanism and strategy cannot well adapt to the needs of training multi-level talents majoring in Internet of Things. Through the exploration and research on the mode of training multi-level talents majoring in Internet of Things driven by talent needs, this paper establishes a training mode for the major driven by talent needs, in order to benefit students at different levels in the major, and finally improve the comprehensive strength of students majoring in Internet of Things of our university.
