摘要
以荸荠皮为原料,采用乙醇浸提法和超声波辅助提取法提取荸荠皮色素,利用正交试验优化两种提取方法的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:提取温度为60℃,乙醇浓度为60%,pH为2,超声时间为60min,以40kHz频率的超声波辅助提取条件下,荸荠皮色素提取后的吸光度为1.409。与乙醇浸提法相比,超声波辅助提取法的提取时间缩短了50%,提取率提高了8.6%。
Eleocharis tuberosa peel is used as the raw material to extract pigment by ethanol extraction and ultrasonic extraction. The orthogonal array design is used to study the optimum levels of process conditions {or two extraction methods. The results show that the optimum parameters of ultrasonic extraction by 40 kHz are as follows: the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, ethanol is 60%, pH is 2, ultrasonic time is 60 rain, and the light absorption value is 1. 409. Compared to ethanol extraction, the ultrasonic extraction time is reduced by 50 %, and the extraction ratio is increased by 8.6 %.
