摘要
从白刺果实中提取的天然色素是一种安全无毒的食用色素。本文对提取白刺果实红色素的条件进行了系统的研究,最后用L16(44)正交试验法确定提取的最佳条件。通过吸收光谱和特殊显色反应分析,证实白刺果实红色素属于黄酮类化合物。
The natural pigment extracted from nitraria tangutorum Bobr berry is a kind of safe, not poisonous and edible pigment. The optimum conditions were obtained by L16(4^4) experiment .The systematical studies have been performed on the extraction condition of the pigment from nitraria tangutorum Bobr berry .The pigment from nitraria tangutorum Bobr berry is a kind of flavone through its absorption spectrum and special coloring reaction.
