摘要
[背景]乳腺癌患者抑郁程度较高,严重影响生活质量。[目的]寻找乳腺癌中医证候规律。[检索策略]检索词：乳腺癌、抑郁、辨证、经验、证型、证候,检索CNKI、Wan Fang Data、VIP建库至2014年10月,中医证型研究/中医辨证分型特点/专方治疗特点/基本症状描述相关文献,同时追溯纳入文献/参考文献。[纳入标准]1研究类型：对照研究、经验报道、临床研究。文种限中文。2研究对象：种族、国籍、病程不限;排除其他疾病、证候或合并症。3资料完整。具有中医证型研究或中医辨证分型特点或专方治疗特点或基本症状描述。[资料提取与分析]手工检索：双人独立完成,并核对检索结果,意见不统一,咨询2~3名专家讨论决定,保证纳入文献符合标准。采用Excel2013建立数据库,求合、排序。[结果]初检88篇中文文献,阅读文献题名、摘要及全文,排除82篇,纳入6篇,均为中文文献。乳腺癌抑郁状态为虚证,肝肾阴虚为主;常见单一证候单证型：气滞证最为常见;病位在肝,与心,脾,肾关系密切。[结论]乳腺癌抑郁状态以肝肾阴虚、肝郁脾虚、肝郁气滞为主。[问题与展望]目前对乳腺癌抑郁状态的中医证候研究尚属初始阶段,今后有必要开展多中心大样本的相关中医证候调查。
[Background]The highest degree in breast cancer patients with depression,seriously affect the patients quality of life.[Objective]Analyze the breast cancer syndromes,look for patterns,and provide theoretical basis for further clinical research.[Retrieval strategy]Chinese word retrieval including breast cancer,depression,syndrome differentiation,experience,card type,syndrome.Computer retrieval CNKI,Wan Fang Data,VIP.Search about TCM syndrome research or the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine or special treatment characteristics or basic symptoms or describe the related literature.At the same time back into the literature references.From build library until October 2014.[Included standards]1study type：control study,experience reports,clinical studies.Chinese practice.2the object of study：Race,nationality,course of patients are unlimited;rule out other disease,syndrome,or complications.3the article data integrity.With TCM syndrome research or the characteristics of TCM or special treatment characteristics or basic symptoms description.[Data extraction and analysis]Manual retrieval by double independently,check the search results,consult 2-3 expert discussion and decision to ensure the documents conform for disagreement.Using Excel2013 establish a database to sum and order processing.[Results]Retrieval of 88 Chinese literature,read the document title,abstract and the full,according to include and exclude standard rule out 82 article,The participants included six papers,all these are Chinese literature.Breast cancer depression status to deficiency syndrome,give priority to with liver and kidney Yin deficiency.Qi stagnation syndrome is the most common single syndrome type.Disease location mainly in the liver,with the heart,spleen,kidney.[Conclusion]Breast cancer depression give priority to Yin deficiency of Liver and kidney; Stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency;Liver depression and qi stagnation.[Problem and prospect]Current research on breast cancer depression of TCM syndrome is the initial st
