摘要
通过验案总结刘胜教授基于五脏相关理论治疗晚期乳腺癌的经验,刘胜教授认为正气亏虚、肝肾不足、冲任失调、痰毒瘀结为乳腺癌发病的根本病因;正虚毒留、余毒旁窜是晚期乳腺癌复发转移的关键因素;治疗应以宣肺、补心、疏肝、健脾、温肾等法进行辨证论治。
Professor Liu Sheng′s experience in treating advanced breast cancer from five-viscera correlation theory is summarized through the proven cases,he thinks that the deficiency of healthy Qi,depletion of liver and kidney,the imbalance of Chong and Ren,phlegm toxin and stasis are the basic causes of breast cancer;deficiency of healthy Qi and retention of toxin,residual toxin fleeing are the key factors of the recurrence and the metastasis of advanced breast cancer;by differentiating and treating the disease from dispersing lung,tonifying heart,soothing liver,invigorating spleen,warming kidney and others.
