摘要
界定了物流企业人力资源管理的内容,论述了物流企业人力资源管理的作用,对我国物流企业人力资源管理发展的成就做了介绍,阐述了我国物流企业在人力资源管理过程中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的发展建议,旨在为我国人力资源管理工作的顺利开展提供理论指导。
In this paper, we defined the content of the human resource management of the logistics enterprises, introduced the functions of the human resource management of the logistics enterprises as well as the achievements made, summarized the problems existing in the human re- source management process of the Chinese logistics enterprises, and at the end, proposed the corresponding development suggestions.
