摘要
物流公司在运营和发展中务必要紧随时代发展,积极转变人力资源管理理念和模式,全面深入地发现其中所存在的问题,并采取合理有效的手段妥善处理。鉴于此,文中针对人力资源对物流公司的重要性进行了简要论述,且对物流公司在人力资源管理中的问题进行了论述,在深入分析之后提出了一系列建议,希望能够为物流公司改善人力资源管理提供一定参考。
In the course of operation and development,logistics companies must develop with time,actively change the concept and mode of human resource management,find out the exsiting problems comprehensively and in depth,and adopt reasonable and effective means to properly handle them.In view of this,this article briefly discusses the importance of human resources to logistics companies,and discusses the problems of logistics companies in human resource management.After an in-depth analysis,a series of suggestions are put forward,hoping to provide a certain reference that can improve human resources management for logistics companies.
