摘要
由于SSWZ330型十字轴万向联轴器的加工质量问题,导致使用寿命大大降低。利用CATIA三维建模软件对其进行三维实体造型后导入到ADAMS运动仿真软件中,对联轴器处在不同轴间角时的运动变化进行仿真;在联轴器输出轴的变化负载和结构存在不平衡质量产生的惯性力作用下对中间轴进行动力分析。结果表明:在使用该联轴器工作时,尽量使用小的轴间角,当轴间角较大时,中间轴的运动和受力的幅度都会变大,导致寿命降低;联轴器要保证加工要求,如果存在不平衡质量,也会导致联轴器的寿命降低。
Because of the SSWZ330 type cross-axle universal shaft coupling's processing quality problem,the service life of it is caused of greatly reduced. CATIA three-dimensional( 3D) modeling software was used to do 3D entity model for it,which was then introduced into the ADAMS kinematics simulation software to simulate the coupling of movement in different shaft angle between. Under the action of the inertia force on the intermediate shaft,which generated on account of the change of the output shaft load and the coupling structure imbalance mass,dynamics analysis was carried out on the shaft. The results show that when using the coupling to work,trying to use small shaft angle. If this angle is rather bigger,the amplitude of the movement and bearing of the intermediate shaft will all become large,which results in the decreasing of life. The coupling must be ensured of processing requirements,if there is imbalance mass,also the life of the coupling can be reduced.
