Kinematic simulation and analysis on cross axle universal shaft coupling

摘要 介绍了十字轴式万向联轴器的运动特性,分别使用转角差、角速度比和转速不均匀系数表示单万向联轴器和双万向联轴器的转动波动性;重点分析了轴线夹角对单万向联轴器不等速传动、双万向联轴器等速传动和不等速传动的影响。仿真分析表明,减小轴线夹角且使两轴线夹角接近,能够有效保证双万向联轴器转动的平稳性。 The paper introduced the kinematic characters of the cross axle universal shaft coupling, and respectively used rotary angle difference, angular velocity ratio and non-uniform coefficient of rotary velocity to denote the rotary volatility of the single universal shaft coupling and the double universal shaft coupling. It especially analyzed the influence of axial intersection angle on non-constant velocity transmission of the single universal shaft coupling, constant velocity transmission and non-constant velocity transmission of the double universal shaft coupling. Simulation analysis showed that reduction of the axial intersection angle and numerical adjacence of two axial intersection angles effectively guaranteed the transmission stability of the double universal shaft coupling.
