摘要
为了解决直条米粉机械松丝过程中存在较高断条率和并条率等问题,对直条米粉松丝工序中的进挂装置、分片装置、弯头梳理装置、直挂梳理装置和出挂装置进行设计和研究,开发出了一套能够将直条米粉弯头和直段完全松散的新型自动化松丝设备,提高了直条米粉产品品质,为进一步实现直条米粉全工序的机械化、自动化生产奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problems of high breakage rate and adhesion rate in the process of rice noodles mechanical loosening,the entering hanging device,the separating device,the bend combing device,the combing device of straight strips and the leaving hanging device in the loosening process of rice noodles were designed and researched.A new type of automatic loosening equipment that can completely loosen up the bends and straight sections of the rice noodles was developed,which improves the quality of the rice noodles,and lays a foundation for further realization of mechanization and automated production of the whole rice noodles production process.
