摘要
经济新常态下,"创新驱动增长"作为经济健康可持续发展的重要动力,国家提出"全民创业,万众创新",表明对创新型中小企业的发展愈加重视。核心员工是创新型企业发展的关键,而同时创新型中小企业核心员工流失率普遍较高的现状并没有根本改变。为此,针对创新型中小企业核心员工流失原因进行分析,研究构建了PriceMueller(2000)改进模型,并运用德尔菲法(Delphi method)评价了核心员工流失因素的影响程度,最后提出了核心员工流失问题的相应管理对策:"人力资本理念"的薪酬设计、"多样化晋升通道"的职业规划、"员工与企业发展同步"的企业文化建设、"常态化"的有效沟通、"把脉问题和挽留员工"的离职管理。希望研究成果对完善创新型中小企业的员工发展管理具有一定参考价值。
Under the new normal, "Innovation drive growth" is taken as the important power for the sustainable development of economic health. China put forward "National entrepreneurship, peoples innovation", which indicates that more and more attention is paid to the development of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises. The core employees of innovative enterprises are the key to its development while the current situation of core staff turnover in innovative small and medium-sized enterprises remained unchanged. This paper, based on the analysis of the causes of the core staff turnover, built the Price-Mueller( 2000 ) improved model, evaluated the degree of influence by using Delphi method, and finally, put forward the corresponding management measures against core staff turnover problems in innovative small and medium-sized enterprises such as the salary design of "human resources" idea, the career planning of "diversified promotion", the culture construction of "balanced development of enterprises and employee", the effective communication of "ordinary state", the resign management of "finding questions and retaining employees". The results present a reference to innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in staff management.
