摘要
硒是近代才被发现的人体必须的微量元素,有抑制癌、抗衰老等作用。本实验主要研究氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定大米中硒含量的分析方法。在适当的实验条件下,当浓度范围为0~50ng/mL时建立曲线,曲线的相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为0.63μg/L,该方法的回收率为96.5%~98.4%。实验结果表明:本方法测定大米中的硒含量方法较为简单,回收率较好,是定量测定大米中硒含量的可靠方法。
Selenium is a trace element that is found in the human body in recent years, it can inhibit cancer, anti- aging effect. The method of determining selenium in rice was mainly researched by using atomic florescence spectrophotometry. On suitable experiment conditions, the linear range for the determination was found to be 0 -50 ng/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9992, the detection limits was 0.63 μg/L, recovery rate reached 96.5% - 98.4%. The experiment result reflected the method was simple for the determination of selenium content in rice with high sensitivity and good recovery. It is one of the reliable methods for determining the selenium in rice.
