氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定碳酸钙中砷 被引量:1

摘要 砷作为对人体有害的重金属之一,是各种用途类碳酸钙中重要的检测项目。本实验主要研究氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定碳酸钙中砷含量的分析方法。在适当的实验条件下,方法线性范围为0—10ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.01192ng/mL,回收率为97.3%-101.3%。实验结果表明:本方法测定碳酸钙中的砷含量灵敏度高,回收率较好,操作简单,是定量测定碳酸钙中砷含量的可靠方法。 Arsenic is one of harmful metal elements to human body. Therefore, detection of arsenic in various kinds of calcium carbonate is an important project. The method of determining arsenic in calcium carbonate by using atomic florescence spectrophotometry was researched. On suitable experiment conditions, the linear range for the determination was found to be 0 - 10 ng/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 7, The detection limits was 0. 01 192 ng/mL, recovery rate reach 97.3% ~ 101.3%. The experiment result reflected the method was simplefor the determination of arsenic content in calcium carbonate with high sensitivity and good recovery. It was one of the reliable methods for determining the arsenic in calcium carbonate.
