摘要
应用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定地表水中的砷含量,对测定过程中酸介质的纯度、还原剂用量、样品的消解等影响因素进行讨论。通过优化酸纯度和还原剂的用量,选择优级纯酸及质量浓度为2%的硼氢化钾,在此条件下,所做标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 8,检出限为0.015 9 ug/L,相对标准偏差为0.73%。
This paper discusses the arsenic content measurement of surface water with Hydride Generation - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry ( HG - AFS) and the influence factors concerning purity of acidic medium, the amount of reducing agent and sample digestion during the measurement process. By optimi- zing purity of acidic medium, proper use of reducing agent, choosing high quality acid and 2% potassium borohydride, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve comes to 0. 999 8 and the detection limit is 0. 015 9 ug/L, with a relative standard deviation of 0. 73%.
