摘要
采用微波消解样品,氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定食品中的铅。研究了仪器条件、酸度、硼氢化钾浓度对测定的影响,方法的检测限为0.20μg/L;回收率为72.8-111.3%;相对标准偏差在1.2-7.0%,用该方法分析食品,结果满意。
The method for the determination of lead in food by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) with microwave digestion is introduced. The influence of instrument parameters, HCl and KBH4 concentration were investigated. The detection limit of method was 0.2 μg/L; The recovery rate was in the rage of 72.8-111.3%; The relative standard deviations were between 1.2-7.0%. The method has been applied to the determination of lead in food with satisfactory results.
