摘要 研究了高浓度镍对硒测定的影响,探讨了干扰的原因。找出了一系列抗干扰的试剂, 这些试剂包括磷酸、柠檬酸、甲酸、酒石酸、草酸等。镍的允许量可高达50000 mg/L。文中对有 关的机理作了初步的探讨。在此基础上制定了用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法直接测定金属镍中 硒的方法。测定了电解镍、氧化镍中的硒,结果满意。方法的检测限为:Se=5.0 ng/g(1g试样 3σ,n=11)。本文的研究成果也可适用于其它氢化物-原子光谱中。 The interference of high concentration of nickel on the determination of selenium was studied. The effects of some organic and inorganic weak acids, such as phosphoric acid, citric acid, formic acid, tartaric acid and oxalic acid on the reducing of the interference of nickel were investigated. It was observed that all the investigated acid effectively eliminated the interference of nickel. In the presence of phosphoric acid and citric acid, up to 50g/L Ni cause no interference in the determination. The relevant mechanism was briefly discussed. A method was proposed for the direct determination of selenium in nickel or its oxide by atomic fluorescence spectrometry without separation of the matrix. the detection limit of the method is 5 ng/g. (1g sample, 3σ,n=11) some real samples were analyzed and satisfactory results and recoveries were obtained. The main conclusions of this paper might be valid for other hydride generation-atomic spectrometric methods.
