摘要
教师教学能力的提高是高职院校教育教学发展特色与改革所面临的一个重要问题,高职院校教师教学基本能力是由知识加工能力、教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学整合能力、教学评价能力、教学科研能力构成的。完善教学基本能力的量化评定指标,能够促进高职院校教师教学能力评价体系的建立,加快高职院校教学改革和教学质量的提高。
Enhancing teachers' teaching skill has featured the teaching development of higher vocational education and become an important issue for reform. Through expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,this thesis suggests that teachers' basic teaching skill of higher vocational colleges consists of the ability of knowledge process,and the abilities of teaching design,implementation,integration,evaluation as well as research. Meanwhile,it puts forward quantified assessing targets for basic teaching skill and attempts to provides some valuable suggestions and reference for higher vocational colleges to build up teachers' teaching skill assessment system.
