摘要
经济与管理类专业的课程概念多且含义丰富,学生普遍感到课程内容抽象甚至深奥。案例教学作为一种生动的教学手段越来越多地被引入课堂,使得理论教学更容易理解和掌握。案例用来模拟现实,使得理论与实务更好地融合在一起。但是运用案例教学法并不一定会取得预期教学效果。在新一轮教学改革过程中,应该加强校企合作以编制新的教学案例;突出学生在案例教学的中心地位,重视与学生的互动;注重培养学生的发散思维;在案例教学中融入其他教学模式并注重对案例教学效果的评估。
Professional curriculums of economics and management major contain many concepts and abundant meaning,so students generally feel the curriculum content abstract even profound. As a vivid teaching method,case teaching is introduced into the classroom,which makes the theory teaching easier to be understood. Using case to simulate reality can better integrate theory and practice together. But this method will not necessarily achieve the desired effect. In the new round of teaching reform,university-enterprise cooperation should be strengthened in order to prepare new teaching cases. At the same time,we should highlight students' central position in case teaching,pay attention to interaction with students and focus on training their divergent thinking.Furthermore,we should incorporate other teaching models into the case teaching and pay attention to the assessment of the case teaching.
