摘要
江苏省连云港中医药高等职业技术学校积极完善护理专业教育体系,创新护理专业人才培养模式,尝试五年制高职护理专业"三真一融合校院双元"人才培养模式的实践,实现病房与课堂相融合,取得了显著成效。
Jiangsu Lianyungang Higher Vocational Technical School of Chinese Medicine actively improves the nursing education system, makes innovation in nursing professional talent training mode and tries to practice the ＂three authenticities and one integration school and hospital dual system＂ talent training mode in five-year higher vocational nursing specialty. It has realized the integration of the ward and the classroom and has achieved remarkable results.
