摘要
知识经济时代人力资源已成为旅游企业最重要的资源 ,知识经济呼唤人力资源管理创新。通过对知识经济为旅游企业人力资源管理提出新要求的分析 ,提出旅游企业人力资源管理创新的五个方面 :树立员工创新意识 ;完善员工培训机制 ,提高员工创新能力 ;实施有效激励机制 ,激励员工主动创新 ;建立科学的选用才人制度 ;培养员工的团队合作精神 ,为员工创新提供一个宽松的环境。
Human resources have become the most important production element in the era of intellectual economy. Intellectual economy calls for innovations in human resources management .This article puts forward five aspects of innovation in human resources management in tourist enterprises:building up employees, innovation spirit, perfecting training system for employees and enhancing employees' innovative ability, carrying out effective encouragement and inspire employees to be free to innovate on their own initiative, froming scientific personnel system, promoting the spirit of solidarity and co operation, and creating a happy and comfortable atmosphere for innovation.
