交通应急指挥调度“一张图”系统研发 被引量:6

摘要 针对传统应急系统中应急事件、应急资源、应急指挥间交互性不强的问题,提出了一种基于WebGIS的"一张图"融合技术.依托北京市交通行业背景,针对防汛应急工作,将应急事件、应急资源和应急指挥三者以"一张图"的形式进行可视化展示,并集成ActiveX音视频插件、GeoServer地图服务,研发构建面向城市交通行业的应急指挥调度"一张图"系统.调度人员通过"一张图"交互界面即可完成应急调度全流程作业,缩短了应急响应时间,提高了城市交通应急处置的效率,为智慧交通在服务防汛应急的过程中提供了科学的辅助决策. Aiming at the problem of weak interaction among emergency events,emergency resources and emergency commands in traditional emergency system,a'one map'fusion technology based on WebGIS is proposed.Relying on the background of Beijing traffic industry and aiming at flood control emergency work,the emergency events,emergency resources and emergency commands in the form of'one map'are visualized,the ActiveX audio and video plug-in and GeoServer map service are integrated,and an emergency commands are constructed and'one map'system for urban traffic industry is dispatched.The dispatcher can complete the whole process of emergency dispatching through the interactive interface of'one map',shorten the emergency response time,improve the efficiency of urban traffic emergency disposal,and provide scientific decision-making support for intelligent transportation in the process of serving flood control emergency.
