摘要
针对传统停车监管存在的信息化程度较低、管理滞后等问题,本文提出了开发停车监测信息可视化系统的解决思路。该系统以WebGIS为基础,结合智能交通系统,基于智能停车设备采集到的停车场流量数据,采用JavaWeb的编程框架,辅助以各种可视化工具,搭建了包括实时监测、统计分析、诱导管理三大模块的停车监测信息可视化系统,实现了停车动态数据的可视化分析与展示,为政府职能部门的监管决策提供了数据支持与信息参考。
Aiming at the problems of low information level and lagging management in traditional parking supervision,this article puts forward a solution to develop information visualization system of parking monitoring.The system is based on WebGIS,combined with intelligent transportation system,based on the parking traffic data collected by intelligent parking equipment,using Java Web programming framework to assist with various visualization tools,has built three modules including real-time monitoring,statistical analysis,and parking guidance management.The parking monitoring information visualization system realizes the visual analysis and display of parking dynamic data,and provides data support and information reference for the regulatory decision of government functional departments.
