摘要
社会组织是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要力量,是共建共治共享社会治理的重要主体。当前中国社会组织面临定位模糊、管理滞后、主体单一和人才缺失四大问题,亟待完善社会组织参与社会治理的顶层设计,建立社会组织参与社会治理的管理体系,营造社会组织参与社会治理的良好环境,建立全社会共同参与的社会治理体系。
Social organizations are important forces in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and important subject in the process of Co-construction,Co-governance and Co-sharing.At present,China’s social organizations are facing four major problems:vague positions,inefficient management mode,single subject,and lack of talents.It is urgent to improve the top design of social organizations participating in social governance,establish a management system,and create a good atmosphere for social organizations,and establish a social governance system in which the whole society jointly participates.
