摘要 在研究浮动活塞限位减振器结构和工作机理的基础上,建立浮动活塞限位减振器的数学模型,利用AMESim平台建立其的等效模型,并进行仿真分析,该减振器的特性曲线表明在接近复原行程终点处产生了附加阻尼力,该附加复原阻尼力起限位缓冲作用。利用减振器示功机对浮动活塞限位减振器进行示功特性试验,将试验结果与仿真结果进行比对,验证了基于AMESim的模型的正确性。 On the basis of researching the structure and working principle of floating piston limit shock absorber, a mathematical model of floating piston limit shock absorber is established, AMESim platform is used to establish the equivalent model of shock absorber, the characteristic curve of the shock absorber shows that additional damping force is produced near the end of the rebound stroke, the additional damping force plays a limiting and damping role. Shock absorber dynamometer machine is used to test the indicator feature of floating piston limit shock absorber, the correctness of the model based on AMESim is verified by comparing the text results with the simulation results.
