摘要
对普通液压阻尼减振器内部结构进行改进,从而提出一种适用于汽车麦弗逊悬架的双活塞阻尼减振器。建立了双活塞阻尼减振器的等效液压系统模型,对其阻尼特性进行理论分析,并对采用不同类型浮动活塞总成的双活塞阻尼减振器进行示功特性试验。试验结果表明,双活塞阻尼减振器在伸张行程中可以产生附加阻尼力,使减振器具有更好的减振功能,提高了汽车在恶劣行驶工况下的平顺性。
A new double-piston damping shock absorber for Macpherson suspension is proposed based on modified internal structure of traditional hydraulic damping shock absorber. An equivalent hydraulic system model of the doublepiston damping shock absorber is established, and its damping characteristic is analyzed. The indicator characteristic test of this shock absorber featuring different type floating pistons is carried out. The results indicate that such double-piston damping shock absorber can produce additional damping force in the stretching process, which enables shock absorber better vibration isolation and improves riding comfort at adverse driving conditions.
